Stage My Home will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.  We will go over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important “first impressions.”

Vacant Home Staging Service

Your vacant property will go from a blank slate to a perfectly painted picture that will welcome buyers in with warm, open and comfortable spaces. We will create a design that accentuates your property’s unique style and features, and centers on flow and balance throughout the home. We can stage the entire home with beautiful furnishings and accessories or focus on key rooms.

There is not a set fee for this service as each job is customized based on the property, budget, and timeframe. Therefore, we will be glad to visit your property and provide a bid free of charge.

Half Day or Full Day of Home Staging OR Interior Redesign

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise. The Stage My Home Consultant will be working from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the Consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agent’s marketing effort, and give you a visual of what to purchase. 

New Listing OR Open House Staging Weekend (Includes Completed Action Plan)

This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a great first impression!  A Stage My Home Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s dream.  The Consultant will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session.  To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation BEFORE being listed!

Shopping Service per hour

We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room.  We know where to go and even get “Designer Discounts” off of what we purchase for you.

REALTOR PARTNERSHIP PACKAGES

Stage My Home will work with Realtors in the Twin Cities area. We offer discounted services to Realtors that use us as part of their listing package of services. We will work with you to provide a Realtor discounted service package that fits your needs.
